BLUEBERRY BANANA AND MACA SMOOTHIE, TOPPED WITH CACAO GRANOLA

This has been my absolute favourite breakfast this past week! I usually eat after I have oil pulled, drunk a glass of water with clay (currently enjoying zeolite and diatamaceous earth, although zeolite is not sold for internal use so I am not telling anyone to try it, just simply sharing what I am doing), taken the dogs for a walk around our property, completed a round of sun salutation (yoga), aaand fed the dogs, so when I’m finally ready for breakfast I feel quite hungry - the joy of adding granola to the smoothie makes it filling for a hungry human!

SMOOTHIE

1 - 2 bananas

1 - 2 tsp psyllium husk

400ml almond mylk

1 handful of blueberries (super important to be organic)

1 heaped tsp maca powder

2 medjool dates (remove the pips)

1 scoop of Blue Majik Spirulina (optional)

1 tsp green spirulina (optional)

1/4 tsp ashwaganda (optional)

TOPPING:

Sprinkle a handful of Mindful Food’s Brain Power activated granola (or your granola of choice)
