HI ( chai ) MORNINGS
Most favourite way to start each morning at the moment, is with a warming and healing chai tonic
(which includes a heavenly hit of chocolately cocoa goodness, immune boosting/balancing medicinal mushrooms AND powerful anti-inflammatory turmeric for all over healing and balancing).
Bring to the boil and then gently simmer chai (I am using CHAI organic rooibos blend)
Add freshly grated turmeric (and extra ginger if desired)
I add 3-ish extra clove buds (is said to kill parasite eggs so why not?!)
Let everything simmer for 10-20minutes or longer, on low heat.
Strain into your blender and add a heaped tablespoon of raw cacao powder, 1 tsp organic ghee, 1 tsp DME oil (+ MCT) I used nuilife /BLEND until a nice milky consistency forms
*optional, add a tsp or two of raw organic honey to sweeten if desired.
