Gratitude for Those Who have FELT WHAT I HAVE FELT. Compassion is Powerful, Our Tough Times Both Shape Us and Teach Us Compassion

If you never experienced a down day, if you never experienced pain, if you never had a health imbalance, or did something that didn't feel right, how could you ever have compassion for yourself or someone else, empathy comes from people who can vividly imagine themselves in the exact same position/situation as someone else, compassion comes through love, of having been or experienced the same situation, and knowing how it feels, not just imagining, but knowing. That is the difference – a powerful difference that generally comes through life experiences outside of our comfort zone. We can be told what is right or wrong by society and/or our guardians, but to truly know what feels right or what feels wrong for us personally, we need to have experienced the feeling (the vibration/energy). Mis-takes are our way of gaining data, a way of deciding what feels right or wrong, and therefore how we will act in a similar subsequent situation.

I SEE YOU, I FEEL YOU, I'VE BEEN THERE.
