JUICE- Apple, Carrot, Beetroot, Ginger, Garlic
4 apples (mix of green, red and/or yellow)
1 medium beetroot
3 large juicing carrots
2cm chunk of ginger
2 cloves garlic (optional)
Push the blade of a knife onto the garlic until it smashes, let it sit for a minute in order to activate, then remove the skin. Cut off ends of carrots, give everything except for the garlic a little scrub in purified water, then process all ingredients through a cold press juicer and enjoy!
