SNACK- Avocado, Hemp Protein + Reishi Smash
2 medium avocados
1 medium carrot
1 medium and ripe avocado
1 tbsp hemp protein powder
1 tsp reishi powder (optional)
1/4 red onion
Celtic sea salt or Himalayan rock salt to taste
Scoop out the flesh of the avocado into a mixing bowl, and mash with a fork. Wash the carrot, cut the ends and finely grate, then finely dice the onion and tomato. Stir all of the ingredients into the mashed avocado, adding the tomatoes last and salt to taste.
