A pleasant combination of sweetness from the raspberries mixed with rich bitter cacao make this a treat for the taste buds!
MEAL- Berry, Berry, Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding
INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp raw cocoa powder
1 tbsp sultanas
35g raspberries, fresh or frozen but must be organic (approximately 10)
1 tbsp cocoa nibs
150ml purified water
METHOD
Mix the chia seeds, cocoa powder and sultanas with the water. In a jar of 300ml or more. Make sure the seeds have been combined well, and none are left stuck dry on the bottom of the jar. Then mix through the raspberries. Leave the mixture to sit in the fridge overnight.
When ready to serve, remove from fridge and sprinkle activated almonds and cocoa nibs on top for a crunchy texture, enjoy!
Makes a 300ml serve
