SMOOTHIES- Brazilian Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

1 banana fresh or frozen

2 tblsp cocoa powder

1 tsp vital greens powder (probiotic and sweetens the smoothie)

1 handful brasil nuts

1 handful of cocoa nibs

300ml almond milk

1 handful of ice

METHOD

Blend all ingredients except for the brazil nuts and cocoa nibs. Blend until a smooth consistency forms, then add the brazil nuts and cocoa nibs and blend but not for too long so the nuts and nibs get broken down but still remain as crunchy bits.
