SNACKS- Raw Chocolate Fudge

INGREDIENTS

15 medjool dates (pitted)

2 tbsp raw cacao powder

2 tbsp cold pressed coconut oil if it is solid, if it is warm and melted use 4 tbsp

METHOD

Soak the medjool dates in purified water for 15mins to soften, then rinse and remove the pit. Combine all ingredients in a strong blender or food processor and blend until a doughy texture forms. If the coconut oil is solid, you may want to place it in a bowl, sitting in hot water to help it melt without heating it too high. Enjoy the fudge as is or place it in a jar stored in the fridge to be enjoyed over a few days.
