Try this creamy sweet chia seed + psyllium husk pre-soak!

BREAKFAST- Creamy coconut, currant, chia + Psyllium Husk pudding


3 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp psyllium husk

3 tbsp black currants

2 tbsp desiccated coconut

300ml coconut milk


Mix all of the above ingredients in a 500ml jar or simply give it a good shake! Leave it to set in the fridge overnight. Makes enough for two servings, enjoy!
