This power-packed raw hummus is so tasty and super nourishing!

SNACK- Raw Hummus


1 red capsicum 

1/2 cup lemon juice

8 tbsp raw tahini

1 tsp sweet paprika powder

1 tsp olive oil

3/4 tsp Celtic sea salt or Himalayan rock salt


Place all of the ingredients into a high powered blender, and blend until a smooth creamy texture forms. Allow the hummus to sit in the a glass covered container (or jar) in the fridge for at least 4 hours, then when ready to serve sprinkle with some extra sweet paprika powder on top to garnish and enjoy!
