SNACK- Raw Tahini
1 cup raw sesame seeds
1 small - medium lemon juiced
1/2 cup sesame oil
Soak the sesame seeds in water for 4 hours.
Rinse and drain the sesame seeds, place them in a high powdered blender along with the other ingredients and blend until a smooth consistency forms. You may need to scoopy down the sides to help it along, and stop the blender to take breaks so that it doesn't overheat. Once smooth, empty into a jar and store in the fridge for 3 - 4 days. Enjoy!
