THE RAW FOOD DIET

This raw food diet is essentially a reset button, it cuts you free from food addictions, changes your eating habits, connects you to your intuition, heightens your senses, gives your digestive system a break, helps clear out your colon which in turn allows any excess weight to drop off as well as increases energy levels!

MORNING

Start your day with luke warm water and/or a glass of luke warm water and the juice of one lemon, this will fire up your digestion. Lemon when consumed on its own is very alkalizing to the body internally which helps the body flush out accumulated acidity and stored toxins, and is said to rejuvenate the liver.

BREAKFAST (make sure this is at least half an hour after your lemon water, to reap all the alkalising benefits of the lemon in your system)

Apple and pear fruit salad + activated mixed nuts and/or cocoa nibs (if you’ve got a sweet tooth, and want to ease your way into the cleanse, drizzle the fruit in raw honey for extra sweetness).

If you’re still hungry add a chia seed pudding to your breakfast *needs to be prepared the night before.
