RAW FOOD DIET week 2

Now that you've done the hard work and managed to change your eating habits, this next week is smooth sailing. You can expect to feel more connected to your intuition, start to experience the joy of heightened senses, and a boost in energy levels!

 
 

MORNING

Start your day 1 – 2 glasses of luke warm water, optional add a shot of raw apple cider vinegar for some probiotics and an extra energy hit!

BREAKFAST

Apple, carrot, beetroot, ginger, and garlic juice (if you don’t have access to a cold-press juicer, or freshly made juice, substitute with your choice of smoothie)

- water – at least half an hour later

LUNCH

Creamy, coconut, chia + psyllium husk pudding

- water – at least half an hour later (It is very important to drink water today, the psyllium husk will be absorbing a lot of it)

DINNER

Salad of your favourite greens, sliced activated almonds, dressed with olive oil and raw apple cider vinegar

- water – at least half an hour later

*make some almond milk if you’re all out.

 

MORNING

1 – 2 glasses of herbal tea (no caffeine) followed by water.

BREAKFAST

Brasilian chocolate smoothie

- water – at least half an hour later

SNACK

Raw chocolate fudge

LUNCH

Vegetable sticks (carrot, cucumber, red capsicum) dipped in raw hummus and a handful of activated spiced nuts

- water – at least half an hour later

DINNER

Vegetable Chili (this will also make an extra serve for lunch tomorrow)

- water – at least half an hour later

 

MORNING

1 – 2 glasses of herbal tea (no caffeine) followed by water.

- water – at least half an hour later

BREAKFAST

Choc, raspberry + maca thickshake smoothie

- water – at least half an hour later

LUNCH

Vegetable Chili (prepared last night)

- water – at least half an hour later

DINNER

Salad of your favourite greens (rocket, snow peas, and/or broccolini etc.) with avocado and sesame seeds dressed in olive oil and raw apple cider vinegar.

- water – at least half an hour later

*Pre-soak bircher muesli for breakfast tomorrow and make some more raw tahini if you’re out

 

MORNING

Luke warm water with the juice of one lemon.

BREAKFAST (make sure this is at least half an hour after your lemon water, to reap all the alkalizing benefits of the lemon in your system)

Bircher muesli (prepared last night)

- water – at least half an hour later

LUNCH

Green salad mixed with grated beetroot, sliced apple, activated walnuts, and freshly sliced avocado

- water – at least half an hour later

SNACK

Raw energy balls

DINNER

Salad lettuce wraps with raw hummus

- water – at least half an hour later

*Pre-soak dream time chia pudding for tomorrow

 

MORNING

1 – 2 glasses of luke warm water

BREAKFAST

Mono fruit salad (one type of fruit, as much as you need to feel full),  drizzled with raw honey (optional) and topped with cocoa nibs

- water – at least half an hour later

SNACK

Raw chocolate fudge

LUNCH

Dream time chia pudding 

- water – at least half an hour later

AFTERNOON SNACK

Handful of activated spiced nuts

- water – at least half an hour later

DINNER

Marinated mushrooms lettuce wraps (make an extra serve of the creamy marinated mushrooms for tomorrow’s afternoon snack)

- water – at least half an hour later

 

MORNING

1 – 2 glasses of luke warm water

*soak cashews + shitake mushrooms for dinner tonight + tomorrow’s lunch

BREAKFAST

Diced pineapple (as much as you need to feel full)

- water – at least half an hour later

LUNCH

Choc Trop Smoothie

SNACK

Vegetable sticks (carrot, cucumber, red capsicum etc.) eaten with creamy marinated mushrooms (prepared last night)

- water – at least half an hour later

DINNER

Vegetable noodles with shitake mushroom cream sauce (make extra for lunch tomorrow).

- water – at least half an hour late

 

MORNING

1 – 2 glasses of herbal tea (no caffeine) followed by water

BREAKFAST
